Who we are

Diamond Dumpster Idaho provides roll-off dumpster rental service in Fruitland, Idaho and the surrounding Treasure Valley. You can reach us at (208) 740-3044, daily 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, delivery street address, the rental option you're interested in, your preferred drop-off date, and any message you include. Our server also records your IP address and browser identifier with the submission, which we use for security and to prevent abuse of the form.

Your delivery address is sent to a third-party mapping service (OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and OSRM) to estimate the driving distance from our Fruitland yard, so we can show you an approximate delivery fee before you submit. This is used only to calculate distance — not for marketing, and not shared onward for any other purpose.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (pages requested, timestamps, IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

To respond to your quote request, coordinate delivery and pickup, keep business records of rentals, and protect the site from spam and abuse. That's it. We don't run advertising, we don't build marketing profiles, and this site uses no analytics trackers.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, we may text you about your quote, delivery scheduling, and pickup coordination at the number you provided. Message frequency varies with your rental. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (208) 740-3044.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Checking the SMS box is optional — you can submit a quote request without it, and we'll simply call you instead.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. Information may be disclosed only if required by law.

Retention & deletion

Quote and rental records are kept as ordinary business records. If you'd like your quote request deleted, call us at (208) 740-3044 and we'll take care of it.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie: a session cookie used to secure the quote form against forgery. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
